Dang.  I mostly think of him, at the moment, as the older Jewish guy who shares a hospital room with Jodi on Soap. 

According to IMDb, he was the original Howard Cunningham (Richie's dad, before Tom Boswell) on Happy Days back when it was just a sketch on Love, American Style.
