Ruth:

Leaving mail in the inbox outside my office is not working.  I do not regularly check that box and have just found a number of old pieces of correspondence.
This is just not acceptable.

Please let's make sure that my incoming mail gets into my inbox on my desk in my office.  If my door is closed, please deliver mail to Lorraine Hanks.

Please do not put in the carrel outside my office going forward.  The inbox that was there has been removed.

Thanks.

I like how he makes it sound like it's my fault he doesn't check his in box.
I need this done ASAP, or whenever you can get around to it.  Tomorrow is fine.

Start putting his paycheck in that mailbox. He'll pay attention.

His grammar is what's not acceptable. Crivens. Minus 100 DKP for being a patronizing twitwad. Maybe he'd like his mail jammed up his ass instead? I suspect he'd notice it then.

Yes, Ruth, how DARE you put his mail in his mailbox.
Cause you're so beautiful
Like a tree
Or a high-class prostitute
You're so beautiful
Mmm, you could be a part-time model
But you'd probably have to keep your normal job

So check it more often, dude.  Sheesh, you seem to know what the problem is.

Also minus a billion points for saying "going forward" instead of 'from now on'.

Slide it under his door.  Make him bend.

My stupid cow worker has been whistling through his stupid teeth incessantly all morning.  It seems the more I ignore it the louder it gets.
I need this done ASAP, or whenever you can get around to it.  Tomorrow is fine.

He obviously wants you to listen.  So you might as well start giving him requests:

Y:  Hey can you play Second Skin by the Gits?
H:  Huh, WTF?
Y:  Don't know that one, huh?  Well how about the theme to Secret Agent Man
H:  Are you on drugs?
Y:  C0me on, everyone knows that one.  Let's try Let It Be by the Beatles then

OK,,,the dude has been out since last Wed.  Is he in hospital, no.  Just home sick with whatever, "he doesn't feel good."

That would be fine if hasn't used more time (excessively so) than he has to take EVERY YEAR HE"S BEEN HERE.

We looked at his time on the computer this morning and he has taken time off 14 out of the 25 weeks he's worked this year.  (He was out from Thanksgiving last year until the middle of February this year on disability).

I just noticed this morning that everytime our Mail courier drops off our mail in the morning he says, " Alright, alright, alright, alright."

It's not really stupid but it's funny.

It must be hard to make small talk for 15 seconds in 600 different offices every day.

Maybe the voices are telling him to work faster.

"Alright" is like slang for hello or goodbye. Really.
It's symbolic of our struggle against reality.

And then is he all like "that's what I love about these high school girls, man...I get older, they stay the same age"?

And then he asks if you have a joint, and you say no, and he's like "Well it'd be a lot cooler if ya did"?

That's totally what I thought she was talking about.
