I had mac & cheese and steamed broccoli. Srsly is that mac & cheese honestly more than one serving? I limited myself to only half but I easily could've finished off the pot.
If I'm alone (like, say, this week or even yesterday), I make a salad and eat that and some fruit first.

Then the entire pot.

Now it makes sense to me why I wanted to be a pharmacist and not a doctor; we take what we can get!

Today was kind of epic.
I made pancakes
Then I made pie crust
Then I went and picked some apples
Then ... pie.
Leftovers for lunch - red beans and rice with spinach salad
Slow cooked pork ribs started @2
Then I made arroz con crema
Ribs finished @6
guest brought salad

There was much nomming.

It gets the taste of artificial marmite flavor out of your mouth.

Cause you're so beautiful
Like a tree
Or a high-class prostitute
You're so beautiful
Mmm, you could be a part-time model
But you'd probably have to keep your normal job

Red Bull, Skittles, and lime & black pepper potato chips for lunch.
Why, no, I didn't get nearly enough sleep last night, why do you ask? =/

Lots of coffee and a bunch of Meijer Oat'n Honey Clusters.  That's sic, so I guess it's a contraction of Oaten Honey Clusters.

It's not bad, but as far as I can tell it's 98% slightly sweet corn flakes and 2% thin slices of almonds.  I'm about 2/3 of the way through the box, and I haven't seen an oat'n honey cluster yet.  They may have all settled to the bottom.  On the cover, they look like little pieces of granola bar, which is about what you'd expect, I think.  I'll be kind of surprised if there aren't any in there . . . .

Well the Skittles will give you a third of you daily vitamin C
I need this done ASAP, or whenever you can get around to it.  Tomorrow is fine.

What I've eaten so far today:

Decaf latte
Date muffin
Chocolate cupcake

I don't feel so good.
