We had a beautiful spring day yesterday - sunny and in the 60s.  This morning there's snow on the ground.  It's like winter's last gasp.

I had the heater off all day yesterday and forgot to turn it back on when I went to bed last night.  I'm freezing this morning!

C'mon coffee!  Hurry up and brew!

It was in the upper 40s today, but it's going to get down to 15-18 F tonight.  :thumbsdn:

By strange coincidence, while I was avoiding doing job-related work today on my 'day off', I did some yardwork, including collecting fallen branches and other yard waste that's fireplace-applicable.  So that works out not so bad.

72 F today and allegedly going to be 80 freaking F tomorrow.

That can't be right.  :harumph:  I know it wouldn't make many people happy, and I can't afford the gas bill, but I miss the cold weather already.

A FIRE WEATHER WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING WHEN A RED FLAG EVENT APPEARS LIKELY.

Did not expect to see that.  But it's going to be in the 80s, with upto 30 MPH winds and humidity as low as 25%.  Yet, somehow, still central(ish) Michigan.

Wiseass.  I guess we won't have a headline, though.

It's 76 and climbing right now.  :detta:
The trees are attempting to assassinate me, however, so I give that a  :thumbsdn:

Remember how, back in the day, they used to try to predict how much rain you were going to get, and not just when it was going to rain?  I miss that.  It just said "showers" and "rain" at both of the major online weather places.

It would've been useful to know that there'd be faint intermittent sprinkling early on and then driving downpour in the afternoon and then steady drizzle in the evening.  It would also be useful to know how much precipitation is expected, so I could guess if my basement were going to get flooded.

No need for any dates on this one. This forecast could be anytime of year here.   :P

Pollen? No, I've had enough, thanks.

It's been Sunny and 80 something for highs and 50 something for lows here since last Thursday, and that will continue through this Thursday, when there's a 50% chance of rain.

It went from Winter to Summer in like a week.

Yah.  It's very confused here.

They keep saying it's going to rain, going to rain, which often helps knock some of the pollen down, but by the time the rain's supposed to arrive, the forecast changes.  It was allegedly thunderstorms last night and showers during the day today, but no storms, and now today is mostly sunny with windy wind.

Meanwhile, the tree bukkake is killing my freaking eyes.

It went from summer back to winter yesterday afternoon. Summer weather forecasts do not include the words "snow level." :whatever:

Yeah. The trees here are domestic terrorists, IMO. I was at a Farkvention back in Feb and the place we were at had a mezzanine/pool thing for everyone to gather around at. I am allergic to chlorine, but Mel had some Claritin which had enough anti-hist in it to make breathing possible. All I had to do was avoid the water.  :detta: That was a win, but it comes with a catch. Now I've reverted back to early Kentucky threshold levels and will likely need the stuff to get through allergy season here. (That and I'm allergic to p1g5 so there's always a background irritation going on as it is.)

Yeah, I heard that.  (Herd that?)  I'm very slightly allergic to my mostly-fur cat, but it's only a problem during hay fever season.

Plus, she's terrified of sneezing.

She's really not very happy with me lately.
