WTG!

Way to go John McCain.  You may have actually just earned my vote - assuming that you can promise that you won't live to serve out your entire term, you old fuck.

Can I make a teasing comment (with no substance to it!) about babies in the White House, and let you guess if I mean her or her youngest?

It's a good choice for McCain, I'll grant that. It definitely will stir up a lot of people, and make this election even more intriguing.
I'm generalizing from one example here, but everyone generalizes from one example. At least, I do.

Y'all seem to be under the misunderstanding that the Executive branch of the gubment has any real power.  The SCOTUS has all the power these days.

Plus, if RvW ever gets overturned, it will become a state level issue again.  It won't make abortion illegal.

If they think Obama has no experience, what the heck are they doing with Palin?  She's also got a corruption scandal brewing.  She's got 5 kids, the youngest of which is about 6 months old and has Down Syndrome.  When I was thinking about his pick the other night I discarded her, thinking it would be a no-brainer!

Plus, her kids have stupid names.

Gnomes. With magic hats.
They choose the SCOTUS.

Certainly not corrupt, power-mad, limp dicked, fundamentalist, big oil whores with a herd of nervous page boys with stretched-out assholes. Certainly not them.

Experience: Alaska governor since December 2006; unsuccessful run for Republican nomination for lieutenant governor in 2002; chairwoman of the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission, 2003-2004; served two terms as Wasilla mayor and two terms on city council.

This could be our next president? (Assuming McCain kicks the bucket)

It's symbolic of our struggle against reality.

I think McCain should have picked Michael Palin instead.  I'm sure they could do something about that pesky birthplace requirement.

I think it's a 50% Steal The Wimmin Vote and 50% Baffle 'Em For The Next Few Months thing.  I don't know much of anything about her except the undue-use-of-influence scandal.  I was amused to see the article state that her most recent child was "a baby", though.

If RvW falls in the SCOTUS, Congress will jump on that mother if the Right has the majority.  I mean, no foolin' -- it'll be the next thing introduced the next day.  McCain has specifically said he aims to make abortion illegal.  It's practically a plank of his campaign platform.

They may have to do something about that pesky birthplace rule for Obama.
