I've been listening to a lot of Big Star and George Harrison lately for no real specific reason.

Old stuff from very small records bandcamp site.
New stuff from Crystal Fairy (a supergroup of Teri from Le Butcherettes, Buzz and Dale from Melvins, and Omar from At the Drive in)
And this song by Alice Donut

can't stop listening to hamilton.

if you listen, use headphones. it helps differentiate the characters.

it's awesome.
you'd be surprised how much a nutsack can stretch. you have to stretch it yourself, not a woman. they don't do it quite right.

This part of Across the Universe has kept popping into my head lately, like this morning, when I turned on my internet radio and heard this song that I've been hearing. I never made the connection until both were playing simultaneously. Cory Hanson better hope Sony doesn't make the connection.

I put an unknown, unlabeled CD into my car stereo the other day, and last night it got up to the eleventh or twelfth track . . . which somehow turned out to be Flesh for Fantasy.  Did not expect that.

I remembered that the music video had been controversial, back in the day, for being too sexy, or something.  It's aged oddly, but Billy Idol's sneer has somehow become even more . . . impressive.

I almost wish him saying FLESH! was my ringtone.  It's pretty amazing.

Wow, I thought I remembered the video to Dancing With Myself pretty well, but there's some creepy shit in the first third or so that I had completely forgotten.
